It is Solution Focused and encourages employees and their families to make positive choices in response to life’s challenges. Holistic coaching also helps employees and family members to resolve difficult decisions around career, finances or schooling that may impact their work.
Regular reports, while maintaining employee confidentiality, can be provided on utilization statistics or other variables as per the company’s requirements.
We can provide training on a variety of topics to individuals or organisations related to navigating cross-cultural relationships, both personally and professionally. Our therapists have lived and worked cross-culturally and are able to provide support in the areas of Adjustment, Cross-Cultural Sensitivity, Cross-Cultural Relationships, Third Culture Kids and Families, Settling and Living in Singapore and Repatriation.
We offer intervention services for organizational crisis situations. If required, these can be provided on-site. Such interventions involve assisting the client to manage crisis situations effectively. In addition, referral to complimentary services is provided when necessary to ensure that the client receives a full range of care required.
